Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom requested items.
We will only accept returns on our items if they are clearly defective within 24 hours of you receiving your item.
To request a return, just email us with a photo of your item. sales@kenovakreations.com
Exchanges are allowed for another size, buyer pays shipping costs to return the item as well as having the new item shipped to them. Items must not be washed.
